Program
The international Kokkola Material Week offers annual high-level coverage of current research and development prospects in the chemical, bio-economy and mineral economy sectors.
Please note that the seminar in Kokkolasali can accommodate a maximum of 400 on-site participants.
Please also note that lunches during the seminar week are at your own expense.
In addition to the interesting seminar program of Kokkola Material Week, Kokkola offers great opportunities for various activities outside the seminars.
This year, we offer two free side program options for Kokkola Material Week participants:
- A tour of the KIP area on Tuesday, November 12th from 1:30 PM to approximately 2:30 PM
- A guided walking tour of the Old Town Neristan on Wednesday, November 13th from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM. The tour will be conducted in Finnish and English.
Both tours will depart from in front of Kokkola City Hall, Kauppatori 5.
NOTE: Binding registration is required. You can register for the side programs at the same time as the seminar registration using the same electronic form.
